Thrifty, a marketplace for thrift apparel, faced a few challenges in their supply performance function and required structural developments to help them regulate vendor performance. This project revolves around creation of a financial rewards and penalty structure for vendors focusing on certain KPIs to regulate their performance. The case study also dives deep into a root-cause analysis of an increase in product uploads but decrease in generated revenue, and how it can be resolved.

NLA rolled out a loyalty program to increase program enrollment between February - April 2018, and required a comprehensive analysis of its campaign to gauge its success. The case study focuses on three key areas: success of loyalty program, demographic analysis of campaign adoption, and impact of campaign on flight booking during following summers.

Working as a business analyst for Bank of America, I delved deeper into the data of complaints recieved by CFPB and directed towards BofA to resolve, related to their products. To answer business needs, I created an E2E reporting dashboard for CX function focused to figure any trends in the complaints recieved, spanning from 2017-2023, drilled down at multiple levels.

TWS, a wine manufacturer, required a holistic analysis of its wine inventory at the end of FY 2016. Key areas of analysis focused on analyzing sales performance and inventory turnover rate for each brand, determining price elasticity, figuring out sales patterns, and ranking performance of each store and vendor to take better strategic decisions for the upcoming year.

To analyze the survey results, I created a dashboard that delves deep into the NPS responses of the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems' surveys, spanning from 2013-2022 across USA. The survey is a standardized feedback medium from patients about their hospital visits - insights obtained are drilled down at national, regional, and state levels and give detailed information about patients' experiences in different healthcare facilities all across USA.

Inspired by Alexander Connelly's attempt, I answered the questions of the coding challenge using my expertise in SQL. This was a fun exercise to test my SQL proficiency and coding prowess to answer given questions, and doesn't focus on solving a particular business problem.
